*Deliveries within Germany are handled directly from our German central warehouse. There are no customs duties or additional import taxes. All prices include the statutory German value-added tax (VAT).
1. Processing Time (Warehouse handling)
All orders are processed and prepared for shipping in our German warehouse within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).
- · On weekends or public holidays, processing takes place on the following business day.
- · Upon completion of your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation via email as well as a shipping confirmation with a tracking number once the package has been handed over to the shipping service provider.

Orders to Germany are shipped directly from our German warehouse location. Shipping is carried out via established German parcel services (e.g., DHL / DPD).
