Manufacturer’s Limited Warranty
xBloom offers a 2-year limited warranty on our coffee machines (xBloom Original and xBloom Studio) and a 1-year limited warranty on non-machine products and accessories (including water tanks, drip trays, dosing cups, brewers, etc.).
The warranty begins on the date of delivery to your UK address and covers manufacturing defects that cause the product to fail to perform its normal function under normal domestic use, in accordance with the xBloom User Manual.
Eligibility for Warranty Claims
To be eligible for a warranty claim, all of the following must be met:
- The product must be within the applicable warranty period.
- You must be the original consumer purchaser.
- You must provide proof of purchase (original order confirmation or receipt).
- The product must have been purchased through eu.xbloom.com or an authorised xBloom retailer for delivery in the United Kingdom.
- The product must have been used only for normal domestic household purposes and in accordance with the care and cleaning instructions in the User Manual.
What is Covered
- Defects in materials and workmanship of the main machine unit.
- Functional failures under normal domestic use.
What is Not Covered
We do not provide warranty coverage for:
- Normal wear and tear (e.g., grinder burrs, seals, or scale buildup from hard water).
- Damage caused by accident, misuse, negligence, improper storage, or failure to follow the User Manual.
- Use of non-xBloom approved pods, accessories, or replacement parts.
- Unauthorised repairs, modifications, or maintenance.
- Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, discolouration) that does not affect functionality.
- Damage caused by commercial use, rental, or use outside normal household purposes.
- Products with missing, altered, or defaced serial numbers.
- Damage resulting from incorrect voltage, power surges, or use of non-compliant electrical supply.
- Failure to properly descale or clean the machine as instructed.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
- Contact our Customer Support team at support@xbloom.com.
- Provide your order number, a clear description of the issue, and supporting photos or videos where possible.
- Our support team will provide troubleshooting steps. If the issue cannot be resolved and your claim is approved, we will issue a return label (if required).
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product at our warehouse, we will, at our discretion:
- Repair the product using new or remanufactured parts, or
- Replace it with a new or certified remanufactured product of equivalent specification.
The warranty period is not extended by repair or replacement. Replaced parts or products become the property of xBloom.
Important Notes
- This limited warranty is in addition to your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015. Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights to a refund, repair, or replacement for goods that are faulty, not as described, or not of satisfactory quality.
- All warranty work is carried out by xBloom or our authorised service partners.
- If your machine was purchased from a third-party distributor, please contact them directly for warranty support.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, xBloom’s liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product. We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of use.
This warranty is the complete and exclusive expression of our warranty terms and replaces all other warranties, express or implied.
